An amazing little movable terrapin fashioned in 18K yellow gold with diamonds and rubies. The diamond encrusted head has two cabochon ruby eyes, and the turtle shell has a beautiful satin finished geometric pattern. Rows of diamonds divide the various cells of his armor. The four legs and the tail are set with round brilliant cut diamonds. The contrast of the brilliant white diamonds against the satin finish gold turtle shell is striking. The head and tail of this slow but steady guy are movable. Diamonds weigh an approximate total 1.77ct of overall G/H color and VS2 clarity. Stamped K18 by the clasp. Measures 1 5/8 inches long from head to tail by 1 1/8 inches across. Gross weight 13.5 grams.
