This very large 18k yellow gold puffed heart pendant with 24k wash presents as an object of infinite quality and great vintage style. Replete on front and rear with hand piercing and carving and with plates heavily encrusted with approximately 150 brilliant cut diamonds all surrounding a centerpiece of a single oval faceted natural ruby. The piece truly exhibits pure luxury and vintage high style. A finely twisted rope edge follows the entire outline of pendant and bale adding to the total beauty of this piece. Total approximate weight of F/G color and VS1 clarity diamonds is 5.25ct. The luxurious center ruby weighs approximately 1.50ct. From the top of the bale to the point, height is 2 inches and width is 1 5/8 inches. There are no markings of any kind, but the pendant does test as 18k yellow gold. Gross weight 24.20 grams.
