This striking custom made 18k yellow gold cocktail ring is bezel set with one center transverse mounted Mozambique ruby, having a total approximate weight of 2.00ct*. Fine rubies are among nature's very rarest of gems, and those that have not been enhanced or improved in any way are even more rare. This stone has been certified by the highly venerated Gemological institute of America.* The sultry bezel set gem is surrounded by a masterfully crafted black onyx frame around which is a single line of brilliant cut diamonds. The twenty four diamonds have a total approximate weight of .50ct of overall G/H color and VS2/SI1 clarity. The ruby has some natural inclusions that break the surface, as a result of their location during the cutting process. In all, this jewel is striking and unique. The ring does not bear any identifying markings but gold tests as 18k. The ring size is 6 1/4. Gross weight 10.40 grams
