This intriguing Late-20th Century 18k yellow gold ring features a cushion shaped and checkerboard cut golden citrine flanked by two "V" shaped shoulders which rise to grip the center stone. The 16 brilliant cut diamonds weigh approximately .55ct and are of overall G color and VS2 clarity. The golden citrine measures approximately 5/8 inches in diameter and weighs approximately 11.00ct. The ring is high polish finish with the exception of the gem basket which is satin finish. This delicate melding of colors and textures assures the owner of a stylish and unique jewel, certain to be admired by all who see it.
The piece is not stamped but tests as 18k gold. With two sizing beads inside the shank, this ring comfortably fits a size 7 finger. Gross weight 19.85 grams.
