Every square millimeter of the design area has received an incredible amount of attention, with the crowning touch being two bezel set, luxurious natural ruby eyes. The front of the snout serves as a bale through which a chain can be passed to suspend this jewel, and a pin with flip safety is provided to wear this artful creation as a brooch, as well. The reverse side of the head is stamped Vahe Naltchayan, 18K, USA, 1990, and bears a copyright seal. Dimensions are 2 3/8 inches long by almost 3/8 of an inch wide.
